You guys may already know this, but one of my go-to foods is an egg. I eat them for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. They are easy and versatile-they go well with almost any spice or any other ingredient you have on hand.
Scrambled, poached, fried, or boiled they make for a scrumptious snack or meal. Throw them into a tortilla or an English muffin; include some fruit and some veggies and you have a complete meal!
I also appreciate that they provide your body with protein, fat, and other delicious nutrients!
I usually prefer my eggs in a taco, burrito, or English muffin situation. How do you like your eggs??
