Oh the food we will eat…Egg Slut

I had been wanting to try Egg Slut for a long time, but there just never seemed to be a good time. Welp, finally ran into one during a walk around downtown and they weren’t overly swarmed so we made the stop 😉

We ordered the Fairfax which is a soft scrambled egg with chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo on a toasted brioche bun.

I cannot deny that the sandwich was killer! The soft scramble was done really well. The combination of the sweet caramelized onions and slight tang from the sriracha mayo played really well with the mild, creamy flavor from the eggs 😋

If you ever get the chance to check out Egg Slut I highly recommend the Fairfax!
